The Maharashtra State Government has taken over ND Studios in Karjat, previously owned by the late art director Nitin Desai. The Maharashtra Film, Theatre, and Cultural Development Corporation will now manage the studio’s operations, ensuring its legacy continues. This move follows the approval of a resolution plan by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

A strucure and process of functioning may take away certain powers from the founder, but it will give the institution or organisation a perpetuity which is not only more profitable but also priceless to those in the industry or neighborhood or State itself.
